The ownership of the product is transferred following payment in full, while the risk is transferred upon delivery. The merchandise is shipped on the account of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you have the right to return them for a refund. Returns are supported by DHL.

Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the package. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

- The products must be in the same condition as you received them and no special markings (labels) must be cut off.


If the above conditions are met, after your contact with the courier service DHL, you can return the products to the following address:

All products returned to our company are subject to quality control

Attention.
For hygienic reasons, our company does not accept returns of earrings.


Return Procedure

Returns can be made either through your account and the "Return Form" tab, if you are a registered user, or by filling in the fields of the return form attached to the package you received.

When creating a return request through your account, select the order and products you wish to return and check the appropriate boxes with the reasons for the return. On the return form included in the package, manually enter the order number and tick the reason for return.

If you received your product as a gift, please select the appropriate code (72) in the return form. The value of your new order must be at least as high as the value of the gift you are returning.

To make a refund, you must send the IBAN number of the account to which you want your money credited, along with the name of the beneficiary to the email eshop@axelaccessories.com. Otherwise, the refund can be made directly to your debit/credit card or PayPal account.

The refund will be made (except in the case of a cancellation) within five (5) business days after receipt of the goods.

If you do not wish to replace the returned products or receive a refund, you may request a credit for the value of the products to be used on a future purchase and no later than six months from the date of the return receipt.

If a defect is found during quality control of the returned product, Axel will contact you to resolve the issue.


Defective Products

To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully inspect the condition of the products and the integrity of the packaging upon delivery of your order to identify any obvious defects.

All packages shipped by Axel Accessories are inspected and appropriately sealed prior to shipment.

If you still find a defect, please contact us in writing via email at eshop@axelaccessories.com, attach a photo of the product in the condition in which you received it, and contact us directly at +30 2310 520050.

If a defect in the product is confirmed, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the Company, provided the product is returned within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

The defective product will be repaired or replaced accordingly and returned to you at Axel Accessories' expense. If not replaced, you will receive another product of equal value or a refund of the purchase price you paid.

In order for a return for repair/replacement to be accepted, the damage must not be due to improper use of the product.

If it is determined that the damage is due to improper use by the customer, the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition in which it was received, in which case shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
